How does it work?
Brands post collab opportunities and invite creators. Accepted creators receive free product samples with shipping covered by the brand. Creators post content with tracked links or codes, and earnings are tied directly to the sales they generate.
What does it cost a brand?
Bestie Collabs charges a 10% commission on sales generated through collabs, plus the agreed creator commission. There are no signup fees, no monthly fees, and no cost unless a sale happens.
When do creators get paid?
Payouts are processed twice monthly, on the 1st and the 15th. An express payout option is available for a $15 fee with a minimum balance of $50.
Who covers the samples?
Brands provide free product samples and cover all shipping costs. Creators never pay out of pocket to participate in a collab.
How many posts can I make?
Creators can make unlimited posts for any active collab. Posts should be positive and on-brand — negative commentary about the brand is not allowed per our terms.
What if there is a product issue?
Bestie Collabs includes a built-in chat and dispute system. If a product arrives damaged or defective, both parties can communicate and resolve issues directly within the platform.
How long do I have to post after receiving a sample?
Creators have a 7-day posting window after receiving their sample. Extensions can be requested and require brand approval.
Who handles payments?
The platform manages all payments end to end. This ensures creators are always compensated fairly and brands have full transparency into what is owed.
